WHY ZANZIBAR
An island worth more than a holiday.
Zanzibar is warm year-round, 20 minutes by air from Dar es Salaam, and served by direct flights from Europe, the Gulf and East Africa. Stone Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The coastline runs from quiet kite-surf villages to full-service resort areas.
For buyers, it's a place to live part of the year, rent out the rest, or hold as a long-term investment. For all three, what you buy, where, and under which legal structure matters more than the view.
